There is always news about Infy mentioning the hike in salary and the bonus its employees would be getting.
Infy is totally media savvy company. How much the infocian will be getting God and infy knows. but already the house rent ( 20 to 40%) is incresed for infocians. Buying plots is also difficult. family and friends expectations also increased.
this is totally bulshit. Now lots of money one infocian has to spend or breake couple of relations and also miss some good bargains.
Tcs , wipro, cts are also doing well, why infy is only publising such news.

Cmon guys grow up !!!

I mean., you just cannot compare IBM and Infy., IBM is known for its heritage., and in any pretext I do not say., Infy is inferior to IBM.,

IBM was., is., will be a legend., not a legacy. IBM is product and RnD firm., while infy AFAIK is on its verge from Client Development to Product development.

Infy is an example in India., but say in a few years time., there will be many companies like Infy in India itself.,

IBM on the other hand is core Computer firm., you just cant say IBM is legacy., you know: if IBM guys are reading this., they'll just smile and say "grow up"....,

After reading the entire article i should say., Infy as a firm may be praised for its growing nature., but it cannot and should not be compared with IBM..,
