Companies don't realize the talent until they loose them. This is only because of the reporting managers who play good politics at work especially in HCLT Chennai Region, due to which talented people who come in with all hopes and dreams had to quit the companies and run in search of other better offers. Loosing a talented person would be a loss to the company not to the Manager. I believe HCLT should revise the rules like instead of having one RM, they can assign 2 to 3 RMs, so that if one is being unfair we can approach other one.
