This post is to ensure maximum members of the technopark community knows about this anti social element AJAYAN PILLAI, the so called Delivery Manager in Infosys Trivandrumin technopark -Retail.This guy along with one of his direct reportees(Alok Kumar Garg, ) to provide fraudulent & undeserving promotion to his wife,JEENA NAIR were caught, enquired and punished by the Infosys Senior Management(none other than Narayana Murthy).Ajayan was completely resopnsible for ruining the RETAIL IBU of Infosys Trivandrum.He is notorious of using the Infosys reputation and facilities for his personal benefits and also reponsible for creating the cheap political culture in Infosys Trivandrum - Retail.
Being caught, these 3 frauds have been trying to move to other companies. Alok has been successful in moving to IBS, but caught sooner by the IBS mangement and will be sent out soon.Ajayan through his cunning attempts, tried to screw the employees, who brought his frauds to the notice of the management.The empoyees have to move out.
Please make sure this message is disseminated to the management and the employees of your companies to protect the orgainisations and their employee's interests from people like the above mentioned, trying to make IT companies like government offices.
Is it true folks? Can't believe this is the Infosys we worked for many years!

my god! can't believe this happened in infosys. Are you saying that NRN have not expelled them and they are around? Don't tell me that...
Any company will have politics,especially the indian ones. Politics is a part and parcel of every company. In technopark most of the companies have unprofessional people, on the degree of influence varies.
Look at US technology, wife of all senior most people work there. There also cotrie and favouritisim exists, not sure how much of it is visible to outside world. So cheap politics exists in technopark as per my understanding.
But Infosys is supposed to be "Powered by Intellect and Driven by Values". SUch politics should not be tolerated in Infosys. If such politics exist in UST, that doesn't it is also ok within Infosys. Then where is the differentiation of Infosys among other IT companies?
thics and professionalism hardly exist in this industry.
Technopark has set and example for this since there are not much opportunities
in Kerala. Infosys there are lots and lots of pockets and worst politics especially
in Bangalore office.
Narayana Moorhty talks about working for 8 hours a day, but look at infosys
trivandrum, people are loaded with 16 hours of work a day and they are struggling !
So there is no relation on the values which are hyped by infosys and reality.
If they had followed values, then their profit margins will be down !
Murthy talks, and his middle management people doesn't walk the talk...
Look at the IT industry as a whole, for foreignors profit making, indians are stuggling, and top management cream eats everything whether it is infosys,wipro or any place !
Hi, I have worked under jeena and I do feel she is a really
capable person . Regarding promotions yes she did grow fast to a senior level. Obviously if ur spouse is in a high post and has the means this is expected. Now regarding folks working more than 8 hrs, it is the problem of those folks who sit that long. You need to set expectations and work efficiently. I still feel highly about Infy tvm eventhough I left the company a couple of years back.
I have worked in RETAIL-IBU at Infy Tcm My personal view having worked in Infy Blr, Infy Mlr, Infy Pune, is that Tvm Infy culture focuses on hierarchial meddlesome mgmt. To foster such a culture could only be because of promotion of nepotism and favoritism by the folks who are at the helm in Retail Infy tvm. I might be tempted to believe such a post as having some merit with regards to the ring side view which i experienced first hand while working there.
Infy trivandrum is very bad. I am a fresher and I have been posted here... They are making me to sit in bench for a long time.. MY domain is iOS and I was requesting them for Mac system so that I can practice till my project allocation, but they are not even giving the systems.. I feel bad to work in Infosys ! No infrastructure for personal growth !
